SHA Restoration in Progress 

Scott Henson Architect LLC served as Project Architect for the restoration of this historic building in the Greenwich Village Landmark District, originally built in 1839 by Andrew Lockwood in the Greek Revival Style. The proposed work includes restoration of the original decorative plaster, wood floors, stairs and millwork, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, structural upgrades, full exterior restoration and roof replacement.
