Scott Henson Architect LLC served as project architect for the restoration of this 1992 residential building including concrete spandrel repairs , concrete balcony repairs, lintel reconstruction, brick reconstruction, mortar joint cutting & re-pointing, metal window replacement, terrace waterproofing, roof replacement, garage structural repairs, and storefront upgrades.
